Without key figures like striker Jean-Philippe Mateta and defender Daniel Muñoz, the London club departed Dublin with a commanding result that virtually guarantees them a place in the Conference League playoffs.
A further three points in their upcoming match against Finnish KuPS should be enough to seal direct entry to the knockout stages, particularly following a prior stumble against Strasbourg.
Fringe Players Seize the Opportunity

Following the break, manager Oliver Glasner took the chance to rest key players like Kamada and Wharton. Substitute Romain Esse almost scoring his first touch, but saw his effort blocked.
The youngster was desperately unlucky later on, seeing one attempt strike off both posts before being clasped on the line. Uche then blazed a sitter of a chance, showing there is still scope for improvement in his game.
The only worry for Palace was a second-half knock to Justin Devenny, who limped off. This allowed 17-year-old striker Benji Casey to earn his senior debut, rounding off an otherwise positive evening for the traveling side.
